A group of students from Years 7-10 took part in a whole day Origami Workshop. They were fantastic at watching demonstrations, practising the folds, memorising sequences of steps and following written instructions independently. They worked on their accuracy as well as using their creativity throughout the morning and in the afternoon they worked as a team to produce 3D geometric models using a modular origami technique. The students were a pleasure to work with and will hopefully enjoy their bag full of paper creations which they took home with them. Sophie Priestnal won the prize for producing the best Origami creations of the day!
