After her success in the cinematic production of Les Miserables, former St. Ninian's student Sam Barks will soon be starring in the Broadway musical adaptation of Pretty Woman. Rehearsals at the New 42nd Street Studios started on January 22, and Sam will take the lead role played by Julia Roberts in the 1990 film version.
