On Thursday 1st March, parents and guardians are invited to an exhibition of eSafety work produced in response to the recent Year 7 PSHEE day.
On the PSHEE day, students attended four different sessions based around eSafety. Along with some St. Ninian’s staff, we also had representatives from Manx Telecom, Barclays and the Police leading sessions with students. The topics they looked at were Cyber Bullying, Generation Smartphone, Online Reputation and Inappropriate Content. During each session they were given a variety of information which they used to fulfil their brief. In groups, they were required to produce a piece of work which covered an individual aspect or an overview of eSafety aimed at primary school children.
Parents/guardians and outside guests are invited to St. Ninian’s Lower School to look at the work students have produced on 1st March 2018 between 9:15 and 10:30.
If you are interested in attending this exhibition, then please sign up on the school’s Parent’s Evening website. (www.snhs.im).
Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Parr if you have any questions about the exhibition.
