Welcome Day
We are pleased to announce our Welcome Day this year will be on Thursday 4th July. Students will begin their day at Lower School and must arrive in their primary school uniform. They will spend the day meeting other members of their tutor group and following an example timetable. More information will follow regarding the details for this day.
Big Noise Concerts
We are excited to have a number of our feeder primary schools participate in this years Big Noise Concerts. This gives the pupils the opportunity to perform with some of our current students as well as their own individual songs.
Monday 1st July will see Cronk-y-Berry and Willaston performing their chosen songs.
Tuesday 2nd July will give Ashley Hill and Onchan the opportunity to showcase their talents.
It is always an excellent evening of entertainment and we are looking forward to see this years Year 6's perform. Thank you to Miss Temple for her hard work preparing the students for the concert.
Extra visit for those who did not attend the Open Evening
We are pleased to offer a tour of the building for those families who could not attend the Open Evening. This will take place on Thursday 15th February at 4pm. If you wish to attend please call our lower school office on 648900 to register your interest.
Year 6 Open Evening Event
We look forward to welcoming Year 6 pupils and their parents to the Lower School on Wednesday 24th January 2024. The school will be open between 4.15 and 6.30 pm for visitors to look around the site and facilities. Staff and pupils will be on hand to answer questions and show how learning is encouraged at St. Ninian’s.
We do hope that Year 6 pupils will enjoy the experience, share their excitement at being with us and ask as many questions as they can.
Primary Roadshows
We are delighted to confirm the dates of our Year 6 Roadshows. They give us the opportunity to meet our prospective students and for parents to meet some of the key staff involved in transition at St. Ninian's. During each meeting we aim to provide an overview of our school and describe what students should expect when they come. We will also try to answer all the questions and concerns you or your child may currently have.
You are welcome to attend the roadshows at any of the following schools. They will start at 4pm on the following dates:
