Year 9 French starts with Dynamo 2 rouge (higher level). This course builds on the knowledge gained in years 7 and 8, extending students’ vocabulary and grammar. Topics include talking about their world, their hobbies, their holidays, health and fitness and throughout the year, they will learn about the French speaking world. By the end of year 9, students should be able to write and speak confidently on the topics they have been taught. They should be able to write from memory and manipulate the French language to express their own opinions.
